FLEX FITNESS 條款及細則

這些所有的條款細則(以下簡稱“條款和細則”)約束於FLEX FITNESS 設施的到訪和使用,任何人(申請人,會員,訂戶或其他人)向 FLEX FITNESS 完成並提交申請,訂閱,入會,到訪或使用任何FLEX FITNESS的設施,均視為已接受並同意遵守且受其條款和細則約束。

會員費

所有報名的會籍不能退款,不能換其他服務,或不能轉讓給其他人。

未經授權的私人教練服務

  • FLEX FITNESS 的政策規定,只有被 FLEX FITNESS 特別聘用為私人教練、教練、講師的身份才能允許進行任何類型的個人培訓,指導。這包括一對一、夥伴、小組等。
  • 任何目前未被 FLEX FITNESS 聘為私人教練、培訓師、教練的身份,如被發現向設施內的其他人員提供未經授權的個人培訓,指導服務,其會員資格將被暫停或給予警告。

以下是被視為個人培訓/指導的行為類型的非詳盡列表

  • 為他人提供頻繁的設備選擇和調整。 
  • 為他人編寫或設計運動內容規劃。 
  • 經常為他人解釋和提供鍛煉技巧或糾正。 
  • 在設施周圍引導或跟隨他人,並告訴他/她要進行哪些練習或如何進行。
  • 因幫助他人進行鍛煉而獲得任何形式的補償或個人收益。 

以下是非 FLEX FITNESS 私人教練不得在設施內提供私人培訓|指導的原因

  • FLEX FITNESS 無法充分控制來自非 FLEX FITNESS 的個人培訓/指導的質量,這些人可能沒有足夠的學術背景、能力、培訓或經驗來正確培訓客戶,這可能會使設施參與者面臨受傷的風險。 
  • 未受 FLEX FITNESS 僱用的人士未接受過工作人員關於設施政策、規則、指南、程序或標準的培訓,因此是未經授權的培訓師。


報名、登記、入會

  • 每位會員到達後必須在前台接待處用手機會員APP登錄。
  • 每次登錄都必須出示個人的手機會員APP登錄, 如忘記攜帶, 可以出示身份證, 車牌證件或護照等證件進入健身房。
  • 你是不允許把會員卡借給他人使用,如有發現,本會必定作出警告。如有再犯,本會保留最終權利取消閣下的會籍,並不會作出退款。
  • 使用本會設備需要有效的會籍。過期需要續會。

服裝|毛巾政策

  • 為了個人衛生和保障其他會員使用本會設施, FLEX 需要你攜帶你的個人毛巾。進行任何鍛鍊時, 請穿著合適的運動服裝, 不能穿著拖鞋或露趾鞋.

未成年人士的一般政策

  • 所有未成年人士需要父母或監護人簽署一份會籍同意書才能登記會籍。
  • 未成年人士年齡定義為 12-17 歲: 父母,監護人簽署並付款後,在沒有父母或監護人的陪同下, 未成年會員可使用本會設施。
  • FLEX FITNESS 保留其權利要求父母,監護人陪同其未成年人士。

疫情關閉、會籍延長、暫停政策 、醫療事故、受傷、懷孕暫停

  • 如受新冠肺炎影響導致場所暫停開放,(1) 只有正價會籍能被相應地延長時間,其他優惠會籍(任何形式的折扣或優惠價格,非正價)將不會獲得於場所暫停開放的日子之延長會籍時間。
  • (1) FLEX FITNESS 會暫停或延長會籍如你在受傷或事故內最多 7 天提供醫生證明。
  • (1) 醫生證明必須含有你的姓名,日期, 受傷原因和醫生的建議說明不適宜做運動和使用運動設備. 暫停時限會由 FLEX FITNESS 決定。
  • (1) 訂閱1 個月會籍因受傷而暫停會籍服務:只限一次並最長為7 天。
  • (1) 訂閱6個月會籍因受傷而暫停會籍服務:只限一次並最長為45天。
  • (1) 訂閱12個月會籍因受傷而暫停會籍服務:只限一次並最長為90天。


  • 我懷孕了, 想暫停會籍首先, 恭喜你! 如若你的主診醫生不建議你在懷孕期間做運動, 你可以要求暫停會籍達至最長 9 個月. 你必須提供醫生證明含有你的名字, 日期和醫生建議說明你在孕期不適宜運動。
  • FLEX FITNESS 保留權利去拒絕你的申請視乎你的會籍類型或如若醫生證明視作無效。
  • 懷孕暫停政策不適用於非正價會籍,包括所有優惠和折扣會籍。

旅遊暫停

  • 一年內最多可暫停 14 日, 只限於6或12個月會籍, 不論你是旅遊目的或其他原因短暫離開澳門, 會籍暫停需付 $200 MOP, 機票都需要提供證明。
  • 一年是可以暫停一次。暫停期間不能使用本會設備。
  • FLEX FITNESS 有權允許或拒絕你的延期申請如非以上所列原因。
  • 會籍暫停不適用於任何會籍優惠(二人同行會籍、預售、套餐計劃、節日會籍推廣優惠等等)計劃和一個月會籍。

  • FLEX FITNESS 保留權利去隨時更改和修改條款細則。

購買鍛鍊活動合同

  • 所有鍛鍊活動應是 60 分鍾, 如需延長, 必須提前申請及付款。
  • 所有鍛鍊活動需提前預約。
  • 如果會員預約了最多 3 節鍛鍊活動程而持續沒有出現, 你的第 4 節課程或以上是不會被收費直至我們經理查明其原因, 如有任何疑問請聯絡我們。
  • 所有鍛鍊活動是不能轉移給他人使用。
  • 遲到會相對縮短其上課時間。
  • 如果遲到多於 30 分鐘, 該節課會被自動收費並不能退回。
  • 你的鍛鍊活動可選擇去停止該課程無論任何原因若他/她認為你不應該繼續進行。
  • 任何未使用或過期的鍛鍊活動是不能退款的。
  • 除非得到醫生證明指出必須停止所有體能活動, 還未使用的堂數就能全部退回。
  • 關於受傷或懷孕, 客人最多可保留堂數 12 個月, 過了時限堂數將全部作廢。
  • FLEX FITNESS 保留權利在任何原因下分配不同教練。
  • 必須擁有有效會籍才能享有鍛鍊活動。

鍛鍊活動消政策

  • 所有鍛鍊活動都是提前按排預約的, 所有客人必須提前 12-24 小時如需取消其預約。
  • 所以預約必須最少提前 12 小時取消, 打電話或直接發短訊給你的教練。
  • 鍛鍊活動程若在少於 12 小時內取消, 便會自動扣取其節數。
  • 非常重要: 如果在上課當天打電話來想更改時間, 也必須提前 12 小時通知, 否則堂數也會被扣除。

FLEX FITNESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (these “T&C”) govern the access and use of FLEX FITNESS and FLEX Facilities. Any person (as Applicant, Subscriber, Member or otherwise) who complete or completed an application form to FLEX FITNESS, registered as a Subscriber or access or use any of the FLEX Clubs or FLEX Facilities, shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to observe and be bound by these T&C.

PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIPS

All signed or paid up memberships (1 month, 6 months, 12 months membership, Flex Training, promotional memberships, Personal Training packages or otherwise) are not refundable or transferable or in exchange for other services.

UNAUTHORIZED PERSONAL TRAINING OR “TRAINING A FRIEND” OR FREELANCE TRAINER

  • It is FLEX FITNESS terms and conditions that only individuals specifically employed as a (Personal Trainer, Trainer, Coach, Instructor, or otherwise) by FLEX FITNESS are permitted to perform any type of (personal training, instructional training or otherwise), this includes one-on-one training, partner training, or small or large group trainings.
  • Any individual not currently employed by FLEX FITNESS as a (Personal Trainer, Trainer, Coach, Instructor, Freelancer, or otherwise) who is observed to be providing (unauthorized personal training, instruction services, or otherwise) to another individual or member in the facility will have his or her membership terminated. (A friendly “one time” warning will be given).

NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF THE TYPE OF BEHAVIOR CONSIDERED TO BE (PERSONAL TRAINING, INSTRUCTING)

  • Providing frequent equipment selection and adjustments for another individual or member.
  • Writing or designing workout programs for another individual or member. 
  • Frequently explaining and providing exercise techniques or corrections for another individual or member. 
  • Guiding or following an individual or member around the facility and telling him or her what exercises to perform or how to do so. 
  • Receiving compensation or personal gain of any kind for assisting another individual with his or her workout.

REASONS WHY PERSONAL TRAINERS NOT EMPLOYED BY FLEX FITNESS ARE NOT ALLOWED

  • FLEX FITNESS cannot adequately control the quality of personal training, instruction from individuals who are not employed by FLEX FITNESS. 
  • These individuals may not have an adequate academic background, ability, training, knowledge, or experience to correctly train clients, which may put facility participants at risk of injury. 
  • Individuals not employed by FLEX FITNESS have not been trained by staff with regard to facility policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, or standards, and therefore are unauthorized trainers.

CHECKING IN INTO THE FACILITY

  • Every member must check-in at the reception desk with their own member app.
  • You are not allowed to borrow your member card to any members, non-members, or any individuals, for the use of our facility and services. This will result in a warning from our club and violates our T&C. If recurring events happen, FLEX FITNESS has the right to terminate your membership.
  • Expired memberships are to be renewed before using the facilities.
  • You are required to check-in with your member app at all times, but if you forget your member app or member card, you can access the gym by showing an original driver's license, Macau ID, Picture Name Card, or passport.

ATTIRE

  • FLEX FITNESS requires you to bring your own towel for personal hygiene and to protect other members' interest in using the club facility.
  • Please wear proper sports attire during all workouts, no sandals, open shoes, or slippers in the club.

GENERAL POLICIES FOR MINORS

  • All minors need the financial guaranty of a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must sign the membership agreement.
  • Minors Ages from 12 – 17: May use FLEX facilities without being accompanied by a parent or guardian if the minor is a member signed & paid by the parents/ guardian.
  • FLEX FITNESS reserves the right, in its discretion to require that a parent or guardian accompany a minor.

COVID-19 LOCKDOWN | MEMBERSHIP EXTENSION | FREEZE | MEDICAL DISABILITY| INJURY

  • Only standard pricing membership are entitled to Covid-19 Lockdown, (1) medical injury extension or otherwise. Other memberships (promotion memberships, discount memberships, memberships that are not standard price) are not entitled for extension.
  • (1) FLEX FITNESS will only freeze your membership if you provide an advanced notice of your injury or incident within 7 maximum days of the accident occurred with certified doctor's supporting documents.
  • (1) You must provide to FLEX FITNESS with a verified doctor's certificate stating your name, date, medical disability or injury, and doctor's advice that will prevent you from using FLEX facilities.
  • Freeze period will be determined by FLEX FITNESS.
  • (1) Medical freeze for 1 month membership subscription - ONE TIME only FREEZE up to maximum 7 days.
  • (1) Medical freeze for 6 months membership subscription - ONE TIME only FREEZE up to maximum 45 days.
  • (1) Medical freeze for 12 months membership subscription - ONE TIME only FREEZE up to maximum 90 days.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE FOR PREGNANCY

  • First of all, congratulations! If your doctor suggests that you are medically unable to use the club facility during your pregnancy, you can request a medical freeze for up to 9 months total.
  • You must provide a doctor's supporting documents at the time stating your name, date, and doctor's advice stated as above of requesting a pregnancy freeze.
  • FLEX FITNESS reserves the right to reject your freeze depending upon the type of your membership or if the medical certificate is deemed invalid.
  • Promotion memberships, discount memberships, memberships that are not standard pricing are not entitled for pregnancy membership freeze.

HOLIDAY MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

  • You may freeze one time up to 14 maximum days in one calendar year for 6 months or 12 months memberships only for a handling charge of 200 mop.
  • You must provide proof of your flight itinerary.
  • During the freeze period, you are not allowed to use the club facilities.
  • FLEX FITNESS may approve or deny your request for freeze for reasons other than those listed above.

  • Flex reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR FLEX TRAINING

  • All FLEX training sessions shall be 60 minutes in length unless otherwise stated and must be paid in advance.
  • All FLEX training sessions must be booked in advance.
  • If you book up to three consecutive sessions or more with no show attendance, your fourth booked session and above will not be charged until our manager investigates the issue, if you have any concerns please contact our manager.
  • All FLEX training sessions are non-transferable.
  • A late arrival for training will result in the session being shortened by an equivalent amount of time.
  • If you arrived late for your booked sessions for more than 30 minutes, your training will be charged automatically with no refund.
  • Your trainer may choose to stop a session if he or she feels you should not continue for any reason.
  • There will be no refund for any unused or expired training sessions unless the reason is supported by a doctor's certified letter indicating that physical activity must be terminated. With supporting documents, a full refund will be given on any unused training session(s).
  • For certain medical injuries or pregnancy, a credit will be given to the client and will be held a maximum of 12 months, after which the client will forfeit his or her training sessions.
  • FLEX FITNESS reserves the right to assign a different trainer for any reasons.
  • You require an active membership to book and use our FLEX training service.

FLEX TRAINING CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All training is pre-arranged on a scheduled appointment basis. In order for effective use of time, all clients are asked to give a 12- 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment.
  • This means a cancellation should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment by calling or texting your trainer directly or contact our receptionist.
  • Training sessions canceled less than 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be billed a single session and deducted from your account.
  • If you call the day of your scheduled session to reschedule, that session will be charged.
