Flex Sports Club 設施政策 / 條款細則

所有報名的會籍不能退款/換其他服務/或轉讓給其他人。

登記

  • 每位會員到達後必須在前台接待處用會員卡登錄. 每次登錄都必須出示個人的會員卡, 如忘記攜帶, 可以出示身份證, 車牌證件或護照等證件進入健身房. 如遺失會員卡, 需付$100 MOP 重新辦理一張.
  • 使用本會設備需要有效的會籍。過期需要續會。


服裝 / 毛巾政策

  • 為了個人衛生和保障其他會員使用本會設施, Flex Sports Club 需要你攜帶你的個人毛巾. 進行任何鍛鍊時, 請穿著合適的運動服裝, 不能穿著拖鞋或露趾鞋.


未成年人士的一般政策

  • 所有未成年人士需要父母或監護人簽署一份會籍同意書才能登記會籍.
  • 未成年人士年齡定義為 12-17 歲: 父母 / 監護人簽署並付款後,在沒有父母或監護人的陪同下, 未成年會員可使用本會設施.
  • Flex Sports Club 保留其權利要求父母 / 監護人陪同其未成年人士.


會籍延長 / 暫停政策 - 醫療事故 / 受傷

  • Flex Sports Club 會暫停或延長會籍如你在受傷或事故內最多 7 天提供醫生證明. 醫生證明必須含有你的姓名,日期, 受傷原因和醫生的建議說明不適宜做運動和使用運動設備. 暫停時限會由 Flex Sports Club 決定.
  • 我懷孕了, 想暫停會籍
  • 首先, 恭喜你! 如若你的主診醫生不建議你在懷孕期間做運動, 你可以要求暫停會籍達至最長 9 個月.
  • 你必須提供醫生證明含有你的名字, 日期和醫生建議說明你在孕期不適宜運動.
  • Flex Sports Club 保留權利去拒絕你的申請視乎你的會籍類型或如若醫生證明視作無效.


旅遊暫停

  • 一年內最多可暫停 14 日, 只限於6或12個月會籍, 不論你是旅遊目的或其他原因短暫離開澳門, 會籍暫停需付 $200 MOP, 機票都需要提供證明.
  • 一年是可以暫停一次。
  • 暫停期間不能使用本會設備。
  • Flex Sports Club 有權允許或拒絕你的延期申請如非以上所列原因.
  • 會籍暫停不適用於任何會籍優惠計劃和一個月會籍. 詳情請電郵我們: info@flexfitnessmacau.com
  • Flex Sports Club 保留權利去隨時更改和修改條款細則.


購買私人教練課程合同

  • 所有私人教練課程應是 60 分鍾, 如需延長, 必須提前申請及付款.
  • 所有私人教練課程需提前預約.
  • 如果客人預約了最多 3 節私人教練課程而持續沒有出現, 你的第 4 節課程或以上是不會被收費直至我們經理查明其原因, 如有任何疑問請聯絡我們.
  • 所有私人教練課程是不能轉移給他人使用.
  • 遲到會相對縮短其上課時間.
  • 如果遲到多於 30 分鐘, 該節課會被自動收費並不能退回.
  • 你的私人教練可選擇去停止該課程無論任何原因若他/她認為你不應該繼續進行.
  • 任何未使用或過期的課堂是不能退款的. 除非得到醫生證明指出必須停止所有體能活動, 還未使用的堂數就能全部退回.
  • 關於受傷或懷孕, 客人最多可保留堂數 12 個月, 過了時限堂數將全部作廢.
  • Flex Sports Club 保留權利在任何原因下分配不同教練.
  • 必須擁有有效會籍才能享有私人教練服務.


私人教練課程取消政策

  • 所有課程都是提前按排預約的, 所有客人必須提前 12-24 小時如需取消其預約.
  • 所以預約必須最少提前 12 小時取消, 打電話或直接發短訊給你的教練 (星期一的預約需在最遲星期六取消).
  • 私人教練課程若在少於 12 小時內取消, 便會自動扣取其節數.
  • 非常重要: 如果在上課當天打電話來想更改時間, 也必須提前 12 小時通知, 否則堂數也會被扣除.


所有會員不能在場內私自提供任何私人教練服務



All signed up memberships are not refundable/ transferable/ or in exchange for other service(s).


CHECK IN


  • Every member must check in at the reception desk with their own member card.
  • Expired membership(s) are to be renewed before using the facilities.
  • You are required to have your member card at all times when checking-in, but if you forget your member card, you can access the gym by showing an original driver's license, Macau ID, Picture Name Card, or passport.
  • If you lost your member card, you would have to acquire a new one for $100 MOP.


ATTIRE/ TOWEL POLICY


  • Flex Sports Club requires you to bring your own towel for personal hygiene and to protect other members' interest of using the club facility.
  • Please wear proper sports attire during all workouts, no sandals, open shoes, or slippers in the club.


GENERAL POLICIES FOR MINORS


  • To join, all minors need the financial guaranty of a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must sign the membership agreement.
  • Minors Ages from 12 – 17: May use Flex Sports Club facilities without being accompanied by a parent or guardian if the minor is a member signed & paid by the parents/ guardian.
  • Flex Sports Club reserves the right, in its discretion, to require that a parent or guardian accompany a minor.


MEMBERSHIP EXTENSION/ FREEZE POLICY/MEDICAL DISABILITY/ INJURY


  • Flex Sports Club will only freeze your membership if you provide an advanced notice after your injury/ or cause within 7 days maximum of the accident with a certified doctor's supporting documents.
  • You must provide Flex Sports Club with a verified doctor's certificate stating your name, date, medical disability or injury, and doctor's advice that will prevent you from using Flex Sports Club facilities.
  • Freeze period will be determined by Flex Sports Club.


I AM PREGNANT, I WANT TO FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP

  • First of all, Congratulations! If your doctor suggests that you are medically unable to use the club facility during your pregnancy, you can request a medical freeze for up to 9 months total.
  • You must provide a doctor's letter at the time stating your name, date, and doctor's advice of requesting a pregnancy freeze.*
  • *Flex Sports Club reserves the right to reject your freeze depending upon the type of your membership or if the medical certificate is deemed invalid.


VACATION/ HOLIDAY FREEZE

  • You may freeze one time up to 14 days maximum in one calendar year for 6 months or 12 months memberships only.
  • A freeze fee of 200 MOP shall be charged.
  • You must provide your flight itinerary.
  • During your freeze period, you are not allowed to use the club facilities.
  • Flex Sports Club may approve or deny your request for freeze for reasons other than those listed above.
  • Membership freeze or pause or extension does not apply on any of our promotion membership programs, and one month membership.

  • Flex Sports Club reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.


PERSONAL TRAINING PURCHASE AGREEMENT


  • All personal training sessions shall be 60 minutes in length unless otherwise stated and must be paid in advance.
  • All personal training sessions must be booked in advance.
  • If you (the client) book up to 3 hours sessions or more consecutively with no show/attendance, your 4th consecutive booked session and above will not be charged until our Personal Trainer Manager investigates the issue, if you have any concerns please contact our Manager.
  • All personal training sessions are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • A late arrival for session will result in the session being shortened by an equivalent amount of time.
  • If you arrived late for your booked sessions for more than 30 minutes, your session will be charged automatically with no refund.
  • Your trainer may choose to stop a session if he/she feels you should not continue for ANY reason.
  • There will be no refund for any unused or expired training sessions, unless the reason is supported by a doctor's certified letter indicating that physical activity must be terminated. With supporting documents, a full refund will be given on any unused training session(s).
  • For certain medical injuries/ pregnancy, a credit will be given to the client and will be held maximum 12 months, after which the client will forfeit his/her training sessions.
  • Flex Sports Club reserves the right to assign a different trainer for any reason(s).
  • You require an ACTIVE membership to book and use our Personal Training service.


PERSONAL TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY


  • All sessions are pre-arranged on a scheduled appointment basis. In order for effective use of time, all clients are asked to give a 12- 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment.
  • This means a cancellation should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment by calling/ texting Your Trainer directly (Monday appointments must be canceled by Saturday).
  • Personal training sessions cancelled less than 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be billed a single session and deducted from your account.
  • Very Important: If you call the day of your scheduled session to "reschedule" that session is charged and you must provide the minimum notice as stated above.


Members are not allowed to provide any Personal Training service(s) in our club facility without any authorization.
